9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Subject to Section 10 (Dispute Resolution) below, you irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local law provisions.

This platform provides an out-of-court resolution procedure for disputes between consumers and businesses established in the EU.
We are committed to participating in alternative dispute resolution procedures where required by law or where appropriate in the circumstances. Where ADR is not pursued or does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Ireland as set out in Section 9.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;

Changes to these Terms will not affect any bookings confirmed prior to the date of the change. Such bookings will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies or notices published on our Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to our Services.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at any time in the future. No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms by you shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of law, without restriction and without notice to you.
13.5 No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and us. Neither party shall have the power to bind the other or to incur obligations on the other's behalf without the other's prior written consent.
13.6 Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018, and all other applicable Irish data protection legislation.
